Last Saturday (April 8, 2023), a group of three candidates took the SVH exam ‘kitchen assistant’. The candidates were trained and educated by At Your Service Caribbean, EduDesign Caribbean administered the exam.
The exam consisted of preparing a salad with bread, during which the candidates had to demonstrate various kitchen techniques such as cutting, plating, blanching and baking in the oven. Afterwards, the candidates presented their work to the examiners.
The results of the exam are expected in two weeks.
