On Wednesday 31 May, four candidates from the Un Komienso Nobo project took the assessment for the Assistant Construction qualification.
The assessment was the conclusion of an APL pathway. APL stands for Accreditation of Prior Learnings. Here, competences and experiences are measured against the applicable standards (final attainment levels, core tasks and work processes, competent behaviour).
The assessment consisted of a portfolio assessment, a criterion-based interview and an aptitude test. The assessments were done at Landhuis Pannekoek.
