On Saturday 18 November, Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) participants in the level 3 training independent working cook did a practical lesson at Maris Stella SBO. The practical lesson focused on participants supervising an apprentice in practice.
On 2 December, there will be another practical session where the other participants will have a chance to work with apprentices in practice.
Participants are entering the second part of the course. This includes preparing participants for the EVC assessment. The training is carried out by At Your Service, the assessments are done by EduDesign Caribbean.
